VERTICAL HEM BAND SAW SERIES -   These are time proven HEM band saw designs for cutting materials up to 45 degrees, both left and right.  Capacities for these bandsaw work horses range from (18-25") wide to (22-36") high.  These versatile HEM band saws also have a "Smart Saw" option to turn your band sawing area into the most advanced CNC band sawing operation, offered on the market.

HORIZONTAL HEM BAND SAW SERIES -   These are the most common HEM band saws that have been manufactured for over 30 years for use in CNC machine shops. This band saw model is ideal for cutting a variety of smaller solids & shapes.  Typically these band saws range in capacity from (12.75" - 16") high  to (12.75" - 20") wide.

HORIZONTAL MITER HEM BAND SAW SERIES -  HEM adds a "twist" to some of their horizontal band saw models, enabling you to make cuts up to 60 degrees off 90 degree cuts. Band Saw cutting capacities range from (12.75-14") high to (16-20") wide.  With these band saw models you find economy of price combined with versatility and performance.

DUAL COLUMN HEM BAND SAW SERIES - When you are cutting solid materials or large diameter materials, you need the rigidity of a true dual column band saw.  HEM band saws range in capacity from (18" - 80") high  to (20" -80") wide.  Yes, HEM Band Saw does make band saws up to 80" x 80" capacity and they are impressively huge!

WIDE FLANGE HEM BAND SAW SERIES - Since their release several years ago, these HEM band saws have excelled in cutting structural shapes & bundles by giving customers incredibly fast cut times, extended blade life and amazing accuracy.  Band Saw cutting capacities range from (18-25") high to (27-50") wide, handling all your needs.

PLATE HEM BAND SAW SERIES - These specialty HEM band saws are used primarily for specialty band sawing applications.  If you need to strip large sections of plate or have a need for fixturing to make a unique cut, these are perfect bandsaws.  Band Saw cutting capacities range from (25-31") high to (8-20') length.  These HEM band saws can be configured so that either the head or material moves through the cutting zone.
