Features & Benefits of the Eagle Angle Roll CPS Series
CPS Series Roll Benders have the hydraulic
powered lower left bending roll moving upward toward the top
roll to create the radius. This maintains in-feed material stock
parallel to the shop floor for reduced material handling and
enhanced safety. Controls are mounted on a detached, mobile
control console with Dual Foot Pedals for Left/Right Rolling
Directions, our Exclusive MPR40 Automatic Position Repeat
Control with 400 Position Memory capacity for precision repeat
bend roll positioning, Emergency Palm Stop and push buttons for
bend roll directional control. Large Format Controls are easy to
use and protected from harsh shop conditions by a tough
polycarbonate overlay.
CPS Benders Operate in Both Vertical and
Horizontal Positions (horizontal for long parts w/ large bends
and vertical for short parts). Our standard Universal Roll Set
with 18 Components is manufactured from Hardened Tool Steel
55HRC to -bend most all standard profiles the day your machine
arrives. Roll set-up fast and easy rapidly fitting onto 1.38”
O.D. Hardened Steel Shafts journaled in Dual Tapered High
Dynamic Load Roller Bearings.
The patented Z-Block Bend Roll Journal Increases
Rigidity for truer to plane rolling and moves on 4 Hardened/Sinterized
Guides & Ways with Dual Adjustable Gibbs. Heavy Duty Lateral
Material Guides have quadruple bearings on the rollers and are
the easiest to use. Large thrust adjustment studs have knurling
for quick hand adjustment and a recessed hex tail for a ratchet
when under extreme loading.
Additional unmatched benefits include flexible
accordion ‘anti-pinch’ Mill Scale Covers, Concealed Oil Lines on
the ram that cannot be damaged by accident, Dual Emergency Stop
Buttons (1 on machine + 1 on console), Safe 24-VAC Control
Voltage, completely Flush Mounted Electrical Panels are safer
